What kind of fuckery is this? Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson is set to play Carrie Bradshaw’s assistant in the Sex and the City movie. But what the hell is up with her wardrobe? I hope Pat Field isn’t having a problem dressing her curves. There are plenty of fab clothes for curvy girls, so there is no reason for her to be looking like a hot swap meet mess.

Since these are the first on set photos to come out featuring Jennifer Hudson, I am going to chalk this up to one bad outfit choice and hope the scene gets left on the cutting room floor.

Fair warning: when the movie comes out, I had better see J. Hud looking just as posh as the rest of the girls.

Kristin Davis (Charlotte) carries a quilted, camel Chanel purse, Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie) with a hatbox and Judith Lieber clutch, Cynthia Nixon (Miranda) with a reptilian frame bag, and Kim Cattrall (Samantha) sports a delicious red Fendi handbag. Must. Have. Fendi.
